Prana is a Sanskrit word that means "life force."
There are also several aother names for it though in different cultures: the Chinese call is "Chi," the Japanese,
"Ki," the Russians call it "Bioplasm" and the Buddhists call it "Brahma."
Prana is an invisible bioenergy field that
surrounds your physical form.
